CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 3, 2013) – Tresata announces two key hires to further cement its lead in the financial services vertical as well as manage explosive growth in its Big Data as a Service analytics software offering.

Mark Connolly assumes the role of Head of Financial Services, while Brad McMinn assumes the role of Head of Client Operations.

Mark’s role will be to lead the Financial Services vertical and deepen Tresata’s existing and new client relationships.  “The market opportunity that Tresata has created for itself with its early momentum is massive,” said Mark,  “I am excited to join Tresata to build on the strong focus and clear leadership it has established in enabling Financial Services companies to monetize big data.” Mark has held many leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Bank of America, and has a MBA from Wharton and a Bachelors degree from the University of Notre Dame. 

Brad’s role will be to lead the Client Operations team and ensure optimal service and support to Clients using Tresata’s software.  Brad was Director of Operations at Red Ventures prior to joining Tresata, and managed large sales and support teams across various industry sectors including Insurance, Telecom & Energy.  “Tresata’s industry expertise and technology superiority provide an advantage that is incredibly hard to match in the big data space,” said Brad.  “With the growth Tresata is expecting, I am looking forward to scaling the existing Client Operations in support of Tresata’s Big Data as a Service delivery model.”  Brad has an MBA from Darden and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.
