A Human Resources Administrator (“HRA”) is responsible for delivering exceptional day-to-day customer service to Tresata’s internal team members, ensuring their well-being and enabling them to perform at their highest levels.
As a Tresata HRA, your primary duties will include administration of HR services, processes, and databases, while continually working to improve them. The work dimensions range across the company, from recruiting, onboarding, and off-boarding, to benefits, visa applications, and regulatory compliance. You will need to work closely with all functions across the organization, in order to establish an internal network of resources and supports.
Another crucial responsibility of a Tresata HRA is to engage and leverage data intelligence to build more efficient Tresata teams. As a Tresata HRA you will be required to learn the basics of Tresata’s own intelligence software products for use in building dashboards and other tools to share HR knowledge and insights throughout the company.
