Tresata’s Junior System Admin (JSA) is responsible for handling day-to-day IT operations and providing technical support for team tresata.
As a JSA, you will work with all team members to solve existing problems and will remove security threats and malware from company systems. You will be responsible for configuring ubuntu laptops, macbooks and on-premise CentOS servers. You will manage office networking, trace network failures, perform regular backups and data recovery, update firewalls, and prevent data corruption. You will also be responsible for handling responsibilities around our Data Center servers, such as monitoring, upgrading OS, and installing patches.
Detailed knowledge of specific languages is not necessary when you join, but you will need a basic understanding of Linux. This role also requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage inventory accurately, and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot IT-related issues.
