UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE

Our Software Product Designer (‘Designer) role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and prototyping the UX/UI components for Tresata’s industry-leading intelligence software products.

As a Designer, you will interpret user needs, advocate their feedback and ensure that everything from early-stage designs to final products adhere to strict usability standards that are unique in the market, representing the innovation and uniqueness of our intelligence software.

This role requires you to have a strong eye for software design, visual themes, consistency and quality.

You’ll be working in the Tresata R&D organization, in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, with daily interactions with the Sales & Marketing, Software Engineering and Client Service teams.

ESSENTIALS FOR THE ROLE

  • 5+ years product and UX/UI design experience, ideally in consumer tech OR
  • Incredible design skills you have been honing the most of your life, but want to apply to software
  • Killer portfolio
  • Demonstrated experience with creating intuitive user interface and interactions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Expertise in using one or more product design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ideally).
