A Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for recruiting the best and brightest talent to join Team Tresata. Recruitment responsibilities are focused on all divisions including Sales and Marketing, Delivery, Product, Finance, Operations, and our global entities.

As a Tresata TAS, your primary duties will include managing all aspects of the recruitment pipeline and employee on/off boarding for the company. The TAS will oversee the following day-to-day aspects of the recruiting process: creating and posting job ads to advertise and promote career opportunities within the company, leading outbound recruitment efforts, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly. You will collaborate with hiring managers throughout the interview process to identify the best talent for each team, while also offering an excellent candidate experience. As a TAS you will support the development and execution of recruitment events hosted by Tresata, universities, and career fairs, and you will be a brand ambassador of the company. The TAS is also heavily involved in the on-boarding process for new hires, including managing offer materials, scheduling orientations, preparing benefit materials, and helping with all other tasks to make a candidate’s onboarding experience the best it can be. In addition, the TAS will assist with planning, scheduling, and other aspects of employee off-boarding.

Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time and responsibilities well. Communication and collaboration are key aspects of this role, and building strong relationships with an enthusiastic attitude is ideal. A Tresata TAS also contributes through creative recruiting strategies using resources such as LinkedIn, reaching out to community partners, utilizing corporate networks, and partnering on our social media platforms to recruit new talent.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous human resources experience in a fast-paced organization
  • Strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Workable, LinkedIn, and Handshake
